Wow, let's all shout at each other over the internet, what fun! And i still hope that if Slipknot play then they get a headline slot, their performance at Download in '09 remains one of the most epic things i have ever witnessed!

That's an awesome lineup on the poster just out of interest, cuz I've been a bit confused by it, why do people think Soad would have Slipknot subbing them? I don't think system are any bigger than Slipknot. I'd have thought Slipknot were bigger in all honesty. But I couldn't care who subbed who, if those 2 were on the same day I would love it!

slipknot were down to sub '08, so they are due back and maybe they have done nothing to really raise their profile to headline. against a more established band like SOAD. just my view. but i would love them to headline or sub im easy aslong as they play

They've had All Hope Is Gone out in late 2008, and headlined Download and Soni. System haven't released anything since '05/06? But yeah, like I said, I'm really not fussed as long as they're there I'd be beyond awesome

I would say SOAD and Slipknot are about on par with each other... both headlined two UK festivals.. but Slipknot were going to third headline Reading in 08 (and SOAD have already played higher than that) and Slipknot are subbing to SOAD at Soundwave... so I would guess Slipknot would sub but it would be sort of co headliners esque.

PS recent posts n this thread pretty much show exactly why I barely go on forums anymore..
