Major bump up for Frank Turner Would be amazing.

I believe that Frank will be headlining Beautiful Days this year.

Which probably means he won't be at Reading, but that's just my guess.

Yeah, The Killers have no upcoming tour dates so I can't really see them coming out just for Reading and Leeds.

Foo Fighters and Kasabian? How dull. The only thing that would tempt me for the day would be Blur and I personally think that Blur will exclusively play next year. I'd go for The Killers as the 3rd headliner with the Foos day being the "heavier" day.

iT WOULD BE INTERESTING TO SEE WHO WERE TH STRONG RUMOURS IN fEBRUARY LAST YEAR COMPARED TO WHO ACTUALLY GOT ANNOUNCED.

this time last year we'd had all of the correct headliners marked as a TBC for a month already, plus at least one of the subs (Elbow).

it's very nearly two months away still.

But the info comes to us when the info comes to us. It varies every year and for every fest, just as it varies every year for every fest for when they have their headliners nailed down.

Some of the difference in timing for efests getting the correct info is down to the differences in the fest firming up their acts, but it's not necessarily just that. The info gets here when it gets here.

I think the 3rd will be someone out of the blue, considering Kasabian and Foo's toured heavily last year. I hope so anyway as I saw the Foo's at Milton Keynes and Kasabian in Cardiff. Both were amazing but i'd prefer someone I haven't seen!

Kasabian really doesn't thrill me at all sadly.

Already given up on Blur due to the Hyde Park thing, which is fine, I'll just go to that.

I think Bloc Party are logical, hell rather them than The Killers who have very much overstayed their welcome.

Is there any truth a vid was leaked and then removed of Melvin Benn saying it was meant to be a rockier line up this year? As I would of thought if it was true it would of pointed to a heavier 3rd headliner.

Just had a thought, What possibility of someone like Bullet for my valentine headlining? Don't know how big they with Readings crowd but they are arguably the most popular British Metal band nowadays. They did sell out they're Arena tour which is what Kasabian play really. They would also link in with the rumoured heavier act.

Edit: They're not at Download either as far as I know.
