Guest Hart Attack

Yeah I reckon so. As long as new album release goes decently. I see this years tour working really well to conclude the Only Revolutions part of the band's history and really hyping everyone up for the new album. I'm sure I remember T's booker already suggesting that he wants them to headline soon and if they headline there I'm sure they will headline Reading as well.

To be fair it'll be a totally natural thing to happen. Since the 2010 festival tour I've been certain they would headline Reading and T in the same year. Wasn't sure what year but I guessed it would be on the next album cycle. It'll be interesting to see if they do a big arena tour before hand. I'm guessing they will.

yes but when he keeps getting bigger with every album he released and every few years the reading and leeds crowd look forward and are happy to see him back and see him a a good booking, where do you expect to see him go? he's not going to keep getting offered sub. he was 3rd last time and is arguably much bigger now than in 2010.

i can see where you're coming from, but i just cannot see him headlining, he could possibly be sub next year, if he ever did get a headline spot it would be a highly controversial decision and a huge risk...

saying all this , it is only my opinion, i don't know how benn's mind works (seeing some of the previous line-ups it works in strange ways, even though he always seems to pull it off)

btw, i cannot wait for the announcement for this year!! :D

It wouldn't be controversial at all. Maybe a few years ago, but not any more. It would also hardly be a risk. He plays and sells out the biggest venues in the country, and has already subbed at festivals bigger than R&L. He could easily sub this year, but judging by his festival schedule this year so far, I'd say it's geared towards him making a push for the big slots next year.
