I know what your saying, all I was trying to say is that having read that for each night of their gigs the capacity is around 7000 so it only really equates to one night at say the 02 which has a capacity of 20,000 so I dont think its as amazing as you make out, still impressive though and more than worthy of a place on the main stage. Just wouldnt be surprised if they did headline the NME stage thats all :)

I remember reading Corey Taylor saying they will do a new album as a dedication to Paul Gray, similar to Avenged Sevenfold and Nightmare for The Rev.

It does seem strange that Neil won't answer questions regarding Slipknot, something maybe in the pipeline?

Dead pleased about The Black Keys also!

Kasabian

The Black Keys

Kasierchiefs.

4/5 bands on the main stage rumours list are rumoured headliners the other one Neil has been given solid info they are playing 3rd down on the main stage.

Of the 2 bands on the NME stage one of them has self confirmed they are headlining it and Neil has good info that the other one is subbing the tent.

That is why they have been rumoured for specific stages whereas usually new rumours just get put under "unknown stage". The Black Keys will be 2nd-4th down main just Neil hasn't got any information saying their position yet.
