i'm pretty sure that the 10 is significantly inferior to the 7 - less powerful processor, less memory, etc.

Proc isn't as good no but it has 2GB of RAM, but the screen is amazing on it.. 4 million pixels (2560 x 1600) and it is getting a new version soon

I love my nexus 7, SO responsive and smooth compared to anything else. I'd have been interested in the 10 if it had the raw power of the 7, but just a high resolution on it's own isn't enough to convince me.

I use splashtop to stream my pc desktop to the tablet and find it a far more comfortable way to use a computer. The nexus 7 is incredibly good value (particularly the 32mb, I purchased a 16mb when they first came out and the 32mb was a later release, I find I am a little limited for media)

I have had my Nexus 4 for about a week now and I have to say it's fantastic. So fast and responsive, handles anything I have thrown at it. Easy to use, even texting on it is pretty good for a touch screen. Why anyone would pay much more and get an Iphone is beyond me.

How big is it? Im due a new phone but dont want a huge one. Also is the internet faster on newer phones?

It's a 4.7" screen so its pretty big, don't think its as big as the Galaxy s3 though.

Dimensions are - 133.9 x 68.7 x 9.1 mm and 139g. The internet is really fast on it, but that's true on all decent new phones to be honest.

how impressed are you with the speed compared to your (fairly new, I think?) phone?

My phone is the Galaxy S2 so not the latest, but seems good so far.

Still need to have a proper play about, am still installing apps and just setting it up.

Will try out a couple of games later :)

Very impressed overall with it. It's a lot slicker and loving the fact it's not crashed at all.

Downloaded a few games to try out with it, Asphalt 7, Bad Piggies, Beach Buggy Blitz, Dead Trigger, Temple Run 2 plus a few others.

I bought a OTG USB cable and purchased the Nexus Media Importer app which allows me to attach a USB Pen Drive (currently only got a 16GB one) but this allows you to use it to play movies/music from without rooting the device.

It also allows me to attach my PS3 controller and use that with some of the games :)

glad you like it. :)

I don't bother to load any music onto mine, as I can stream my music straight from my network disks to play thru my Nexus as well as controlling it to play straight thru my hifi. It gets around the size limitations of the device that way. :)

All my music is now on Google Music anyway so can access that anywhere I can get Wi-Fi, but it's handy for loading a few films onto if going away for a few days on the journey.

slowing down seems to be a standard Android feature - my Nexus isn't as zippy as it once was, and that's without having loaded anything extra onto it over the last few months.

Can't say I've noticed that on my Nexus7.

My S2 does have a lot of apps on it, probably could do with wiping it to be honest, which I will be doing anyway as I plan to flog it on eBay or use one of the mobile trade in sites, average value on them is around £100.
