Question regarding seetickets

hello all

Today is the day i can pay for my tickets in full, i just wanted to double check something before i do so. During the initial ticket reservation i used a www2.seetickets.com to reserve my tickets, the link was posted to a forum because it was supposedly more stable. Everything i've read about www2 domains suggests that it is just a way of spreading traffic load over different servers but i just want conformation before i send lots of money that way (I ordered for a group). I only ask because my email from see tickets i received not too long ago directs me to www2.seetickets.com, Was this the case for everybody else?

Thanks in advance.

if someone owns a web domain - the domain in this case being seetickets.com (without the www prefix) - then that domain owner can get any number of sub-domains set-up with any prefix they want. So with any domain you should be able to fully trust any associated sub-domain, such as (in this case) www or www2.

As a different example, efestivals.co.uk uses a number of different sub-domains. As well as the standard 'www', there's also radio.efestivals.co.uk (for efestivals radio) and dionysus.efestivals.co.uk (used for a number of different things), as well as others.
