west campervan field

My mate will be camping with his daughter next to our caravan but he will arrive seperately to us. will he be able to come straight in to west campervan field from the road on foot after parking his car as you can on the east fields or will he have to enter site and then into cv field from gate e? anyone do similar last year? we have always used east before and no prob there.

I don't see why you couldn't walk down the road between W38 and W62.

Don't plan to give them their tickets when you meet, though.

Didn't see anyone doing that last year but it doesn't mean you can't. But make sure they have tickets in case they have to go on site and then out again. Last year the gate seemed only to be used by camper van field people - it was so quiet we didn't get the handouts you get on east field entrance gate and had to actively seek out bin bags, loo roll, and glasto bags.

thanks for reply. they will have their tickets with them so as you said they can always go in thru gate d and out to us via gate e if they have to. cheers
