No it wouldn't work. What you could do though is strap it to a sack trolley. We have a plastic storage box that we keep all our festivalling/camping essentials in and that goes on the bottom of the sack trolley to act as a good waterproof base for the rest of our stuff.

This will be my Igloo Icebox's 4th trip to Glastonbury

We (last year there was 11 of us) fill this up with ice on the way down to the site and then decant out ice as we need it. During last year's heat wave we managed to keep ice till Sunday afternoon and the resulting melt water was used for chilling the beers down in the evening. The wheels are starting to show some wear so I'm going to fit some new pneumatic ones off a trolley on it, should make it a lot easier to handle. if you do fill it with ice DO NOT put beers/drinks into it, it will only melt the ice quicker, put ice into another container and put the beers in that container, it'll keep your main stock from early melting.

Slightly different subject......Igloo coolers are the best, I have one that's about 6ft long by 2ft wide and once a few 5 litre bottles of frozen water are in there it'll keep things cold/frozen for days sometimes well over a week, and that's in the sun. Just remember open/shut as quick as you possibly can.
