You do of course realise that "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill" sold more than 18 million copies don't you? That is more than any Coldplay or Beyonce album and more than every U2 album bar Joshua Tree. So I don't think it is such a bizarre statement actually, just you lot have short memories.

you do of course realise that "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill" came out in 1998. around the time when catatonia, jamiroquai & travis had massive selling albums and were headlining festivals... that doesn't mean they've got enough cred to be headlining in 2011!

Having just seen pulp at primavera I may have to go to the park both days on the off chance... I was never particularly a fan back in the day but that was one of the best festival performances I've ever seen- fingers crossed for Glastonbury!

Dont rip my head off - but just noticed that Take That have Saturday 25th free.

Seems they will be travelling down to Birmingham from Scotland.

Not interested in seeing them at Glasto and sorta doubt it would be them, mainly because I got to thinking that they dont need the exposure or extra attention as their ticket sales say it all...

then again...

myabe this 'exposure' thing is something they do need as they took the Robster back and well, I dunno. Just think it could be an outside chance.
