Issue with registration

Hi

I registered me and my brother last week to buy tickets and we both received an email two days later saying we were able to buy tickets along with our registration number. Then on Monday we receive another email saying that we would not be able to purchase tickets until we had our photograph approved which we should get in an email within 24hours along with our registration number but we already have that. However we still have not received this email and it’s now Thursday.

So do you think we can buy tickets or not, and advise me on what i should do

Hey mate, you can enter your surname and postcode onto this page on the seetickets site: http://www2.seetickets.com/see/getGlas.asp to check that your registration is ok.

Me and the gf only got round to registering last week and the exact same thing with the weird out of sequence emails happened to us. So long as the above site recognises you I don't think it'll be a problem.
