Ticket Dilema!

Today when purchasing my glastonbury festival SINGLE TICKET after completing all of my details and clicked the confirm order button instead of reciveing the confirmation page i recieved a white. i let it load for a moment and then after nothing changed i clicked refresh and i was taken back to the holding page and by then i had given up all hope.

However ive just recieved an confirmation email for my ticket but it is part of a travel package departing from manchester!!!! i am really unsure how this has happened as at not did i click for a coach package as i already transport booked. has anybody ever experienced anything similar? and does anybody know if see tickets will amend what is clearly a mistake on there behalf and just provide me with my original order of a single tickets.
