Anyone looking for a caravan?

Due to ALL my friends being unsuccessful in ticket purchasing :angry: we'll not be using the caravan we had booked. I think I'll stand more chance getting the deposit back from it if I have other people wishing to hire it. It gets delivered onsite and it sleeps 4 very comfortably and you get to park next to it. You will require an east campervan ticket. We've used this company for the last 2 years and they are lovely, also normally onsite to help out with any problems in the mornings. So if like us you are caravan novices they are brilliant. Perhaps they will have a waiting list of people but if not, anyone interested? £750 with awning (plus £100 deposit) I think was what we paid last year. We arrived early wednesday and left late monday.

If you are interested let me know and I'll phone them and see if they'll transfer to you.

Not wanting to piss on your fire but would this be the same company that many people had concerns about on this board a few months ago? As in, dodgy/non-existent deliveries of caravans and when delivered they were not what people were expecting.

Ha! No, but that is why I thought I'd offer this exchange here first, incase anyone was still looking after being scared by that company. They probably have some sort of waiting list, I'm sure they'll give us the deposit back anyway, or hold onto it but reserve us a van in 2013

For people who have been looking into hire and are unsure of a company that says they will deliver onsite, this is what I did when I looked into this company 2 years ago and I wasn't sure about them as they didn't even have a website i don't think, just yell listings or something. Anyway, I phoned Glastonbury office and asked them. They are lovely people and told me I had nothing to worry about with this company.

And they give you a location and you just park next to the van which is already on site?

And you've used them previously?

It certainly sounds interesting to me
