Seeing Odd Future on sunday I can't wait.

Love their flow, just wish they were less juvenile lyrically, far too much homophobia.

Frank Ocean is the most talented of the group imo (people always forget he is apart of it) his solo tracks and his production are defining R'n'B right now; "Swim Good" might be my favourite track of 2011.

i watched that vid and tbh, the best part was when it ended.

hate on me if you want, i found it incredibly dull, but then everyone has their own opinions on every band/artist.

it just isn't my cup of tea, but might be for others... the hype probably didn't help though as now people are expecting great things from them, which in a way could be bad for them in the long run.

Finally, someone else who thinks they're overrated! I really don't get the hype, none of them are particularly good rappers and the songs are just badly produced. Tyler annoys me no end. He's ridiculously aggressive, it's like he's trying so, so hard to be all subversive, and people are buying it.

There's some videos of him being interviewed at the moment on the NME website, and everyone's going on about how great he is in them, but he just comes across as being really thick and ignorant. When the interviewer mentions the Queen of England, he replies "Who the f*ck is that? N*gger, I am from America." Ooh, aren't you really alternative?

i like them but i do find it a bit odd when you watch a group coming from a black background speaking about black youth culture only to have a crowd full of white boys in topman v neck t shirts

I'm fairly confident that all of the misogyny/homophobia in their music is done with tounge firmly in cheek and a heavy sense of irony, especially considering their DJ Syd Tha Kyd is openly lesbian.

Odd Future did get more black people than anyone I've ever seen at The Camden Crawl (that's not saying much though) but at most it was 5% of the crowd and I did speak to a couple of black people and they told me they only went so they could see Tinchy Stryder & Odd Future.

I thought Lethal Bizzle was better that weekend imo.
