The Other
Let's see 2000- I was too young, nine in fact, to remember much about it other then falling asleep to David Bowie. 2003-2005: A car accident means that I remember nothing about these years, plus wasn't as into music as I am now 2007: The terrible year where we went home early so no fav acts 2008: The Feeling 2009: Madness 2010: Billy Bragg
RoyC
98 Pulp 04 I am Kloot 05 Ian Brown 08 Elbow 09 Ray Davies 10 The Flaming Lips 11 Eels, maybe?

ste
ah come on... thats like trying to name your 3 favorite songs... impossible!! There is just too much to whittle it down to 1 stand out act per year
grumpyhack
So hard looking back over so many years and also trying to remember which year was what. But to take two at different ends of the spectrum for starters: The Who - great anthem band and Joan Baez - truly the spirit of Glastonbury and always guaranteed to have me in tears. Other memorable moments in recent years would have to include Brian Wilson and Leonard Cohen. Sadly, for contract reasons I think, it wasn't covered by the BBC so there's no high quality version available. p.pete
2005 - David Kitt (Probably would have been Gabriela y Rodrigo on in the Acoustic before him, but I just sat outside enjoying the sun and listening from afar, sounded class) 2009 - Lancashire Hotpots (Their smaller gig up in't Rabbit Hole, great fun) 2010 - Flaming Lips (Cheered my grumpy socks after arriving to the Park just as Radiohalf'd finished) 2011 - Dry The River? (there's a few potentials) Edited May 2, 2011 by p.pete

ToxicJesus
I'm so bad at only designating one, it was even a struggle to keep it down to top 5 for each but here we go.. 2004: Amp Fiddler (Glade), Bright Eyes (Pyramid), Damien Rice (Other), Lamb (Avalon), The Rapture (Other) 2007: Arcade Fire (Other), Beirut (Jazzworld), Bjork (Other), !!! (Glade), Mahala Rai Banda (Jazzworld) 2008: Appleblim (Igloo), Hercules & Love Affair (East Dance), Hot Chip (Other), Leonard Cohen (Pyramid), Los Campesinos! (Guardian Lounge) 2009: Animal Collective (Park), f**ked Up (John Peel), Hypnotic Brass Ensemble (Club Dada), Rokia Traore (Jazzworld), The Streets (Jazzworld) So excited that in under 2 months time there'll be another 5 sets for me to look back to with the same kind of overwhelming nostalgia that those just invoked. 50 DAYS!! Lynne Scratch Perry
03 REM (second: Flaming Lips/Grandaddy) 04 Paul McCartney (Spiritualized) 05 Brian Wilson (Levellers) 07 Bees (Tunng) 09 Blur (Neil Young) 11 Elbow (Dengue Fever/Eels) The Bees and Tunng were great but, coupled with the weather, 2007 was a pretty poor year!
