eotr accom and toilets

how good/bad are the toilets in eotr? porta loos with no hand washing facilities? where's the nearest village. thinking of purchasing some tickets line up very very good.

Toilets are good for a festival: portaloos with good washing facilities (taps outside, with soap dispensers). Toilets are cleaned daily and are usually in good condition. (It's a small festival, and doesn't have the sort of audience who trash toilets).

Accommodation: you're really looking at camping, there isn't much close. There's a pub a few miles away which (I think) has rooms, and there may be a B&B or two nearby. But other than that, it's a bit of a drive to anywhere.

The portaloo's really aren't too horrific by comparison with many festivals. There's a Tesco supermarket in Shaftesbury (15 mins drive away) for supplies and a chance to have a "posh evacuation", though they don't have a cafe. This is probably your nearest town. There's also a Waitrose in Gillingham (25 mins away), where you can do all that and get a sausage or bacon bap! How middle class do I sound?!!

You obviously didn't go into the toilets on monday morning! Oh dear that has got me remembering....and now feel sick.....it seemed like there were several disgusting ones....and thats cos they didn't clean them early in the mornings unlike previous years....urgh.... :angry:
