Headliners

ok well im usually a reading festival goer, and at reading all the major acts play on the main stage, but ive noticed on creamfields that the headliners on different tents are all big enough to be considered to headline the actual event.

anyways, what im trying to get is, will the chemical brothers clash with tiesto. will SHM clash with david guetta etc?

obviously theres no official clashfinder or anything, but basing on last years festival how does it work?

The 2 stages will clash but there's no way of knowing in the tents. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't. Some big names have gigs elsewhere so play a bit earlier then jet off. You won't know till you arrive on the day but don't worry about it, half the fun is deciding who to see!!

I too have had nightmares over the Tiesto/Chemical Brothers clash... Ive seen Tiesto about 5 times now, Chemical Brothers only 2 times... but.. i can't... its just too upsetting talking about it...

I always thought that the main stage closed earlier than the other stages, so chemical brothers wouldn't clash with tiesto, the chemical brothers would be more likely to clash with Diplo or Calvin Harris in that tent. I might be wrong tho.

There was me worrying that David Guetta might clash with Example... if they all close at the same time (and presuming top of the bill closes the show), then on the sunday there is a potential David Guetta / Armin Van Buuren / SHM / Laidback Luke clash!

I'm spoilt for choice really, there are no fewer than 25 acts I want to see over the weekend, some are bound to clash, but I would also hope that there will always be something on that I want to see as well!

CeeCee >> I reckon it depends on where you are mentally when it gets to the time to make the decision. Chems are more mental than Tiesto so depends how spangled you are!!

To be honest, I dont think I'll be too spangled at that time. Its 12am - 4am where I cant make decisions or look after myself. I reckon I'll be at Tiesto, I do need a Tiesto fix. I feel faint its been that long.

I was thinking Tiesto as well. As for being spangled, time has no relevance for me so it may well be much earlier than that. See you at the ice cream van!!
