Best place to set up camp when pregnant?

Hi, I am new to this and am only just starting to navigate my way around the forum so please forgive me if this has been covered elsewhere.

My partner, myself and 2 children are heading to Glasto this year. It will be my first time.

I am going to be 7 months pregnant and was just wondering if anyone can advise on where the best place would be to set up our tent?

Thanks in advance

I'd advise wicket ground (family camping) last year it didn't get anywhere near as packed as cockmill (the other FC field), loads of room to manover between tents nice and clean and nice and quiet. It is a bit of a walk (not great when pregnant) from all the major stuff apart from pyramid and John peel stages, but IMO it shouldn't be to bad. Just get your husband to carry a chair round and you should be fine.

The bottom of Paines Ground is round the corner from the south Medical Tent. There is a nice quiet spot there with good water taps and toilets nearby. Nice and quiet and a very short walk to the Railway Track and onto the Other Stage and Greenfields. But not many children around there as family camping is on the northern side of the site.

Get yourself familiarised with a 2011 map. This will have all the camping field names that we are all referring to.

There are other threads in Chat and Questions concerning ladies who are pregnant too.

Good luck and enjoy your festival my dear xxx

I was wondering this too as one of our group will be 12 weeks pregnant when glasto starts. We are in camper van fields and ideally would like family camper van area so less to walk back to van each day.

Obviously being only 12 weeks pregnant she will not have a bump to prove she is!!! Will the stewards believe her or does she need to bring proof???!!
