Tuesday night in the car parks

Always taken coaches in previous years, but this year there are so few of us going we are taking a few motors in a convoy. Just a quick question to ask - if I arrived at the car parks at say 11PM tuesday night and started drinking I would be needing to head to the toilets within a few hours.

Are there any portaloos in the car parks to cater for the people staying in the car park on the tuesday night? Or am I going to have to pee in a plastic bottle and pour it down the long drops once I get on site on the Wednesday morning?

Thanks in advance!

There were portaloos in car park East 1 last year. They can't expect people to turn up at 10pm and not use a loo till they get on site maybe 12 hours later, so to prevent Pissing In The HedgesTM, they'll provide loos. Don't expect many though - mega queues.

Last year in the West Car park there were loads of portaloos.

Can't remember there being any water supply though so make sure you're stocked on water (beer) for car park merriment.

Just don't expect much sleep. Cramped car, people partying and ridiculous amount of excitement, means you may as well stay up and enjoy yourself. Worthy FM will be broadcasting so make sure you've got a radio other than the car radio

Toilets is all you get. All the routes in where people queue up with their gear to get in the gates have a number of toilet groups in them. Can't beleive they put them out on the Wednesday morning with all the queues building up. Even if your car park doesn't have a toilet in it then just walk along the route to the entrance and you'll probably find one or two. Expect them to be in a poor state though as a lot of excited drunk people are likely to be using them in the dark having packed up their torches in their bags.

I parked in E12 (I think) last year, and there were two toilets avaliable between three car parks - really reduced facilies. If in doubt, bring a fabric conditioner bottle....

I got there 7am last year and the queue was enormous. Took us 6 hrs to get in. A few of my friends came down the night before, and I believe people were sitting in the queues from the start, with things getting busier around the 5am mark... Basically when the sun came up and cars became saunas on wheels.
