Weds AM traffic queues?

Hi I've been going to Glasto since '02 and always been down the M5 and A39 from the Midlands.

Never queued until the last two years and after 12 & 9 hour queues I'm wondering what the queues are like either on the A37 from Bristol or A303 routes. We'll aim to arrive between 8-9am (Well get to the back of the queue anyway!). Also anyone recommend and camping areas on that side of the site somewhere quietish at night we usually camp in dairy ground, which seems like a bit of a trek from the East car parks.

No queue last year on A303/A37 route, until you got to the roundabout with A361, which meets all the traffic coming from Shepton. We were routed to East Car parks as they'd shut the A361 through Pilton (always camp on the west side). Twas a bit of a trek, especially in that heat According to some people on here, the stewards will direct you from the east car parks across the site to the West - but we didn't come across any quite that helpful!

Thanks :-) , think I'll probably go that way and walk across the site then. Normally only have a rucksack n tent so shouldn't be too bad.
