Walking through a 'full' camp field to get to another

Hi

We're arriving by coach on Wednesday at 11am and hope to camp in Park Home Ground field.

On the map, the easiest walking route seems to take us through the Dance field.

We're expecting the Dance field will be considered 'full' by the time we will be heading through that way.

If that's the case, will stewards be preventing people carrying tents etc from entering the Dance field, in which case we'll have a longer walk around it to get to Park Home?

Also, any idea how long it would take to walk from the Gate A to Park Home?

Cheers

Dave

Not at all, you are free to walk anywhere you like, if you are walking on the pathways no one is going to say a word, if you start zigzagging through tents I'm not so sure (but I expect even then).

In 2009 on pennards I remember stewards telling people that the field was full (about 3pm), encouraging them not to pitch and to look for somewhere less rammed, but not actually stopping people from pitching. I'd estimate that there were perhaps a quarter as many more tents pitched by the end of the night from that point so people weren't prevented from pitching that I ever saw.
