Pram as a cart?

I got hold of an old pram off of my local freecycle, not good enough to put a baby in but i thought ideal transport for my stuff

Might be worth looking on your local freecycle than spend money out

Better than nothing, but what you really need are big chunky pneumatic tyres

I used a pram back in 04, even transported it via the Underground by dropping it empty down staircases!!!

It worked a treat, the suspension is one of the best you can get imo in relation to trolleys on site. I was able to load my pram frame with the tent and all the camping gear into site and then on the Sunday used it to transport a load of premixed bottles of Pimms and Lemonade (32 to be precise) into the Pyramid Field where I then sold it by the cup to the people watching the opera!

Most of it velcroed / poppered off, the only bit I had to cut was the hood. Just got to work out the best way to load it now...

to transport kids or alcohol or both always go for the pump up 3 wheeler type prams. A 3 wheeler can handle 4 crates of 24 cans each or three small kids under 5. Easy to handle and push even in the mud of 2007. Carts are only great if it's going to be dry and mud free which it aint!
