anyone up that way know what kind of hold up there is at around 9am? arsed being stuck for 20-30mins when I could take another root!

Coming from Turriff area if anyone around here is wanting a lift up!

They're not too bad, I can't see you being held up for long. It takes longer to get through Elgin than it does through the Fochabers roadworks.

Would it be better turning off at Huntly and going that wee road up to Inberness you reckon or is it just as easy going the normal route through keith fochabers elgin? I'll be coming from Aberdeen

My Mam goes through there every day and says it's got much better recently so hopefully it will be okay for you

Cheers min - noticed the muggiemoss road is closed for a while - I'll be heading the back road to inverurie I reckon cos I'll be leaving from bridge o don at rush hour, late afternoon

Elgin can be a c*nt depending on when you get here. It has the A96 going straight through it, has 7 round abouts and 2 traffic light sets so watch it! For a small town the traffic can be dire especially where the High Street/Halfords/Aldi/Tescos Extra are!
