Bottle Refill Points?

On this Map are bottle refill points. what are these and will they refill your bottle with beer, milk, water? how do they differ from the water points near the loos?

blue bottle would sugguest water? sounds like its new to me. i expect the'll be lots of taps over a sink to help the queue problems. all taps are drinking water and i never had any queues last year (the scorcher) and i drank a bottle of water per pint of beer for 5 days. your water bottle kind of becomes your friend after a while. (we bonded).

In 'normal' years the amount of taps has been perfectly OK (apart from the silly bitches washing their hair...) but last year was so hot that even the most strenuous of boozers would have taken on some water! I suspect after lots of complaints last year about not enough water taps in such hot weather, and queues building up, they've added some extra ones.
