Camper van sticker

Hiya,

I didn't recieve a campervan sticker in with my tickets this year.

Is this correct because the last few years we have either had the paper or plasic type stickers for the windscreen.

Yes, you just get the campervan ticket this year (the bright blue one) which doubles as the windscreen sticker you used to get sent to display on the drive down.

Then you get the usual small sticker in exchange for your campervan ticket, when you arrive.

I didn't get a blue ticket, just a printed ticket that said campervan east 1.Hope this will be ok when I get there.

That sounds like the receipt a fee people seem to have had their pass left out of the delivery envelope. I'd phone See up ASAP because I doubt they'll let you on the site with just the receipt.

Hiya, mine was left out of the envelope, even though the receipt was with my tickets. I contacted See expecting a big arguement, but they sent one out special delivery the same day!They must realise there was a problem there...

Thanks everyone, I have contacted See and they have said they'll be in touch within 3 days regarding my ticket.

i'm so glad I asked now, i'd have been tamping if I couldn't get in next week.

This is the West one as shown in an eBay listing, these are then exchanged once on-site for a screen sticker.

I have just phoned see tickets again as they were a bit vague yesterday and it seems they have already posted it to me first class so yippeeeeeee i'm. a happy campervanner

Hi SC, it certainly does help, it appears that See forgot to put the campervan ticket in with our order. Bugger. At least we can sort it now.

I didn't get one either not sure if any of my mates did either an on the phone to see tickets A's I type been hanging on for 20 minutes so far !!

Got through first said I did not need it!!! Asked them to check again and they said I do!!! Just sent text to mates to check. Thanks for the heads up!

OK, phones them yesterday, they said they'd contact us by Thursday. Phoned them again today, they said it had been despatched yesterday.

A huge thank you to people on this thread, especially Stone Circle, otherwise I'd have arrived without a ticket.

Don't worry it will arrive. This years came fine with the tickets. Last year it did not rang them up expecting See to accuse me of lying but bloke aplolgised and sent it out straight away recorded delivery with royal mail and it arrived next day!

Our campervan sticker has also been left out of the envelope and now I can't get through to See Tickets - they are constantly engaged! Am so frustrated about this - why can't companies who present themselves as able to cope with large quanities just do their job properly. Anyone got any ideas? I've sent an email as well but I bet they don't look at them.

Just go through to See Tickets who told me that my campervan ticket had been sent out separately as I had ordered it separately - I hadn't. Then told that Royal Mail would deliver it and I would probably get it in my post today. I've just had my post - my tickets have come but not the campervan which is why I was calling in the first place. Then told Royal Mail are using a courier and I would have to wait in for it - so why did my postman just deliver my tickets by special delivery? Am very dubious but will wait and see what turns up either today or tomorrow.

still hasn't arrived they said it was posted, monday, then tuesday, the definately wednesday and i'd recieve it before 1 today...still not had it. major annoyed :angry:

mine hasn't either - I just rang again and spoke to someone else who checked my number and said nothing had been actioned yesterday - he has now requested my campervan ticket to be sent out. Blooming useless!
