Confused. Please help...

Hi Guys,

I am slightly embarrassed to ask this, but as everyone seems such a friendly bunch, I feel confident that I won't get shot down in flames.

So, I'm getting the coach as part of the bundle deal.

Am I right in thinking we get our tickets on board? and if so, do we have to then que to get into the festival? Or is the coach park in the festival?

So sorry, I must sound very dim.

So, if we are staying in the Tangerine Fields, would be it sensible to try and enter through gate A and find our way through the festival, or get to gate b and enter through there??

Any thoughts??

The easiest thing is to enter the site at Gate A and then walk through the site to Gate B - should be 30 minutes to an hour depending on how much stuff you are carrying and how fit you are.

Not a daft question at all!

The idea of giving out tickets on the coach is to make sure people who bought bundle tickets actually get on the coach rather than just use the bundle deal as a last ditched effort to get tickets. The coach drop off is outside the festival site so you'll need your ticket to then get in.

You can go in one gate and out of another so you can go in gate A and drag your gear across the site to gate B. You'll get your wristband at gate A and then each time you go out again you'll get a pass out which you'll need (along with your original ticket) to get back in again.

I suppose without going you just don't realise how big the site is.

Another silly one. Do you think it will take a long time to get through the ques on the Thursday that we arrive?

Hi Lucy,

Thanks for the info. I think thats the way we will play it.

I thought that TG would put something on, to tie in with arrivals etc, but after enquiring with them they've told me this is not something that they do.

I hope that we will find some enterprising folk that have bikes/barrows. Perhaps some of the people that are doing the festival on a shoestring could find a trolley and make some extra cash. It would be a win/win. I'd certainly be more than happy to pay towards someone enjoyment of the festival rather than a big company.
