we have got a East pass for a campervan but I keep thinking we should have got a West one both for the walking element and the fact that we have to be back in the Midlands by about 2am Monday morning.

Should I try and swop it and is there anyone in the Midlands who would be prepared to swop before the festival begins?

Go for the CV field closest to your taste in music. East is good for the Acoustic and West for the JohnPeel. Think where you're likely to be at the end of the evening. As well as the trek out to the CV field you may first have to cross the whole festival site to get to your exit.
