Is campervan field arrival 24/7 access?

We are trying to decide when to travel down to the festival and are wondering whether we can access the East campervan field at any time of day or night? Will there be stewards there to check are van and direct us if we arrived at midnight for example? We obviously have headlights and torches but is it going to be a difficult process arriving and pitching up the caravan in the dark?

No to the dark, there are lights everywhere it never gets totally dark.

Not a problem whatsoever. Campervan and all other general ticket holders can access these fields 24 hours a day. Checking of anyone and any vehicles will be random and also 24 hours a day. If what you want is a decent pitch then get there Wednesday night at the latest.
