Pick me up foods!

I start a new job on the Wednesday after Glasto, I'm really worried as to how tired I'm going to be. The job is in the city and I'm nervous enough about it as it is let alone going on fresh after 5 days at Glasto! I'm going to try and take it easy on the last couple of days but has anyone got any advice for foods/vitamins etc.. you'd suggest as a pick me up for the Wednesday morning so I can feel fresh and not tired?

My advice would be to eat lots of good stuff while you're there - avoid the burger vans and greasy pasties and go for proper, fresh-cooked meals in the Greenfields etc. You'll have much more energy and feel better if you get your five-a-day rather than eating loads of junk.

Get loads of sleep on the Monday when you get back. And yeah, if all else fails, Berocca and/or coffee!

Lots of the meals on site involve salad. Falafels with pitta and salad. Jerk chicken with salad. Etc.

Or they have fresh veg in them - noodles with stir fry, etc.

Eat these. However tired you are on Monday (because no amount of healthy eating will compensate for lack of sleep), you'll be raring to go on Wednesday.
