Gnomicide
I can't think of a more dull band than Kraftwork. Oh, hang on, I saw Snow Patrol's T in The Park set on BBC3 last night. Erm...... Nope, still no-one as dull as Kraftwork.

abdoujaparov
yea, so we're told... over & over again not as innovative as is claimed (Terry Riley? John Cage? etc etc) and boring
sisco
I agree about Snow Patrol, catched some of their set, they looked pretty crap. And Chasing Cars live was terrible, no effort knowing the crowd would just lap it up.

Bathimp
Really looking forward to Kasabian and Elbow tonight. Thats what I call Sunday night headliners to go out with a bang They must both be strong contenders for Glastonbury 2013
formed a band
I'm almost 100% sure Fleetwood Mac will play. Gaga too. Maybe Daft punk Rolling stones Arcade fire I'll probably find it utterly underwhelming as usual.
rug568
to be honest i don't give a shit about the headliners. last year i thought the headliners were very very weak, but it didn't stop glastonbury having the best line up on the festival circuit. formed a band
Yep I've been to a good few Glastonburys and the only 3 i saw were the white stripes , radiohead and blur
Bathimp
they are both in danger of getting a 'glasto house band' reputation but next year it will be a long time since either of them had released any new material. unless either puts out a new record between now and then it'd be a pretty imagination free booking, imo. gazza_20
Didn't see all of last night but saw them at the O2 and there were fantastic. Could they sub next year??
sisco
Probably mate yes. I hope they don't but there's plenty of other stuff elsewhere if they do. There are much better people to get as a sub though.
shae
Would love; The Prodigy (my favourite band ever, but missed them at download), Green Day (from what I've seen they look amazing live), and not sure about third headliner for the Pyramid, although Jay-Z and Kanye could work I think, also love to see somewhere on the bill; Bon Iver, John Mayer, The XX, Ben Howard, James Blake (again), opinions? mike46
Watching Kasabian at T, I really hope they're at Glasto (subbing to the Stones, the supported them on ABB) I know they're not everyone's cup of tea but they were amazing at the 02 in December

Gucci Piggy
Look at the quote in the post (And while that might be feasible, they just seem at a point where they are not going accept anything less, depends how much they love doing glasto I suppose)

russycarps
I'm really worried about the 2013 line up. There doesnt seem to be much decent stuff around at the moment (from bands who are considered to be of a size who could play on the pyramid). Might the walkmen get a pyramid slot? Hope so. The pyramid and other stage will be a no-go areas again this year. I think they will be full of pop acts. Sad, as I did used to like to see acts on the big stages
