Another 2 albums from 2024 i've been listening to this week, been in a bit of a heavy mood. Winter seems to be the season for this kind of music!   Touché Amoré - Spiral in a Straight Line Hardcore music that packs an emotional punch.      Osees - Sorcs 80 Introducing a synth into the mix wasn't a bad idea. Great new wave, talking heads/devo energy on this new album. 

Announced this morning on Radio 1 that it’s Chappell Roan (unsurprisingly). Think we were expecting to see her at Glastonbury anyway as O-Rod sub but this perhaps makes it even more likely. Yay!   https://www.bbc.com/mediacentre/2025/radio-1-sound-of-winner-chappell-roan
