Anyone need a lift there/back?

Last year, having decided to go to EOTR on my own I decided to drive down and picked up 3 wonderful people on the way after posting a similar liftshare offer on the facebook group. Unfortunately none of the people I met last year can make it this year, so once again I have spare seats in my car if anyone needs a lift there and back?

I'll be going down Thurs afternoon and coming back Monday by any reasonable route from Colchester to Larmer Tree...last year I went via the North Circular around London and picked people up in Newbury Park and Ealing, but I'm happy to make slight detours if need be or drive south of London instead.

So send me a message if you need a lift...I've got a big car so plenty of room for tents, kitchen sinks, etc ;)

Yeah I'd consider that. It'd be a bit of a longer journey, but do-able. I have a volvo estate so plenty of room for whatever you want to bring!

However, I do know someone who's driving from Eastbourne already and has space in his car so maybe it'd be easier to get a lift with him? I don't know if you're on the facebook happy campers group because he posted an offer of a lift on there, but if you're not let me know and I'll give you his contact details. He posts on here too so I'll point him in the direction of this thread! :)

mmm that said, I have just realised that my friend who's coming with me is in Emsworth so maybe that wouldn't be a bad way for me to drive, I could pick her up rather than having to meet her somewhere...either way, I'm happy to pick you up om route if you need a lift, just let me know.

Couple of questions.

1. Would you come via Brighton? It's not too bad a journey from Colchester/Brighton/EOTR Nice drive

2. Are you going on the Thursday?

3. How much?

4. How much room do you have? i would have a tent, chair, bag/clothes, inflatable Dbl Mattress (boxed) then probably a couple of bags of booze.

Ta.

I was going to post on here earlier about this, but had to rush out. I'm the person from Eastbourne! I'm going on the Thursday and will ostensibly have to pass Hove on my way through, so I could give you a lift if that suits? At the moment it's just me so there's enough room for your stuff - just chuck in a few quid for petrol and I'm happy.
