Thats a pretty big increase then! Is it really needed though? Aside from the one or two bands of the weekend that will really pack it out, there's always been enough room to get inside the tent and near the front if you wanted.

Still no NME tent up but as mentioned the poles are up and the tarpaulin is sat next to it. Took a photo on my iPhone anyone know how to upload?!

Just had a read inside the envelope my tickets came in & it says the tent has been specially designed for Reading. My bad on the R1/Slam tent but it is of a similar design ie it has wings.

  Wouldn’t necessarily have to name a headliner, or be a formal announcement. Just let slip on line or in an interview that headliners are locked, 2 are new, or maybe name an act or two lower down the bill. Just idle speculation to spark a polite convo 🙂
