Where to Camp?

Hey everyone

As you can see from my user name this will be the first year of going to Creamfields. I've got a 3 day standard camping ticket and so will be arriving on the Friday. It looks like Friday campers have a choice between white, turqoise, tangerine, green and yellow campsites and I was wondering what one you guys think is the best one? I've read messages on here from people who were there last year saying there were guys going round robbing tents and attacking people and this has got me a bit worried...so when I say which campsite is the best I really mean which one is the safest? Or is it just total luck?

Can't wait only 2 and a bit weeks to go!

where did you find out what campsites the friday peeps can have?

its basically first come first served, obviously the early birds get the sites as close to the arenas as possible and it slowly fills back over, none are safer than others as the colours and areas may change each year but im guessing the darker more secluded campsites arent gunna be the safest! if you stick somewhere where theres a bit of light or for even more safety right under one of the watch towers you should be fine!

hope this helps :)

Hi, I usually camp wherever but this year i am also camping in the green site as its close to the arena and last year we had a right hike from our tent to the arena, so makes more sense, the only thing with it been close to the arena's is it may be a bit louder when your trying to sleep but if your like me sleeping doesn't come around much at creamfields! :D

Thanks everyone, green sounds like the best place and I've also got myself a "when nature calls" wristband to use the posh loos and apparently they're going to be located near the green site too so makes sense...getting so excited can't believe there's only 8 days left!
