Hangover

I attended Leeds last year but didn't get too over the top, and this year, i will be pretty drunk (much bigger group going)

what do you do to make the hangover seem a little nicer? like paracetomol? drink more? etc just wondering as i got to go to work early doors on Monday and they hate it when i'm hungover.. maybe i should just go in Hungover, to teach them a lesson, as their incapable to run a business without a bartender.

My approach usually is to sit in a camping chair eating junk food until I feel well enough to try a can of cider which makes everything ok again.

I usually then sleep from early Monday eve until Tues lunchtime though!

This thread reminds of a joke from the Young Ones:

"What's good for a hang-over?"

"Drinking heavily the night before" :D

A few things that always sort my comedown out :

1, Some wobbly eggs/nytol before going to sleep, helps take the edge off the next morning.

2, Do not make the mistake when you first wake up of laying about in your tent, spec if its warm outside, as it will make you feel ten times worse. I always get dressed and go for a walk no matter what state I feel in, bit of fresh air and getting moving really helps.

3, Get some food in you as soon as you can, if you cant face a brekkie just some cereal bars, sweets ect.

4, Have a wash, freshen up.

5, Once food has settled crack open a can and have a joint.

6, If these five steps havent sorted your head out last resort is too have a cheeky line or drop another half, that always does the trick.

This is my tried and tested morning routine for festivals since 2004. I have only had to resort to step 6 once in that time on the Saturday of Leeds 2007, had a really messy night watching Klaxons on the Friday night.
