if my mum bought me a ticket online and i pick it up on the day but it is in her name but she has gave me the reference will i be able to pick the ticket up without her?

Hi, you might need the card used to pay for it. I would say its a good idea to ring them up and check.

Normally if you pick up a ticket, you can get a note written by the card owner with the card owners sig on it they'll usually give it you
