Car Park Entrance

Yo Yo!Creamfields Newbie here wants to know if it matters what entrance you arrive at if you have a standard weekend camping ticket? Also will the majority of people take wellies if it rains? Or are there any other raving alternatives? :P Coming all the way from down south (Buckinghamshire) so hope this is awesome!

As far as I can tell it doesn't matter which entrance you go to mate, just depends where you want to camp. I've never needed wellies but will defo be taking them this year. You could rick sturdy trainers or walking shoe type things (I usually wear a pair of Timberland walking trainer boot things) but wellies would appear to be a must looking at the forecast for this year.

Yes true, It's just on the map I have with my ticket it says one of the car parks is for Saturday day ticket holders as I suppose they would need to be seperated to stop congestion and blocking people in?

Will you go to the arenas with the Wellies and is a poncho a good idea??

Thanks mate

I'm in a hotel mate so will decide what footwear before heading off in taxi. Looking at the weather it's going to be muddy so will probs go with wellies. I'll have a handful of those emergency ponchos. I wear them round the Arena and they're also good for sitting on outside if the rain stops. I just take it off when I go into a tent. Remember that 2 of the stages are outdoors so you may get very wet and muddy at those.

Well it was my first ever festival so I wouldn't really know how to compare it. But personally I am quite big on Trance so evidently Friday night I was in A&B group therapy tent. I personally loved friday and I literally stayed in that tent all night didn't come out once. But then Saturday I had a bad night and went back to my tent fairly early as I was suffering from Fridays antics...

But to be honest it was amazing just the festival atmosphere and no-one hating on eachother it was just love love love :D.. Hope Creamfields will be the same, as I have heard violence circulates quite efficiently :S

I've just seen that south car park is the only one that opens at 6am sat morning and the description is for campers whilst north car park is open at 7am and for day ticket holders.

I'm not sure if this is strict policy but that is how it is explained.

See you all tomorrow!
