Music wise, favourite couple of moments are Blur 2009 when Damon Albarn broke down in tears, and just that whole gig was one of the best things I've ever seen. And 2016 watching James open the Other, was front row with my boy on my shoulders, he was 8 and we both loved James, and he got on the BBC coverage lol. Another moment with my kid, was leaving late the Sunday afternoon 2014, was his second Glastonbury and as we were winding along country lanes to get away from the site I looked over and had a rush of memories from the weekend with him and got all choked up. Lovely stuff it was. From my earlier times there, one thing that always sticks in my mind is the absolute mad trip me and my mate Al ended up on one night, we bought some chocolate laced with acid at the Stone Circle and munched it straight down, first signs of trouble were about 15 minutes later when all the clouds turned into Imperial Star Destroyers, which we both saw at the same time which flipped our lids and then it all kicked off in our brains. Made it back to camp somehow and Al spent 8 hours with his sleeping bag zipped up to his neck so he didn't have to keep watching all the flesh slough off his bones... It was more fun than it sounds tbh, one of the wildest nights I've ever lived through, hurt from head to toe from laughing so much. -
In 2022 I had a very up and down festival with a toxic friend (no longer a friend.) We went to see Paul Mccartney for the legend factor and quickly realised it wasn't my vibe, my toxic friend went off to bed and I disappeared into the night. Ended up getting really drunk at Jessie Ware on the Park stage, danced really hard, had a wild night in the SEC... not sure if it was Jessie or feeling free in many ways but it was a 10/10 night. Can't wait to do Glastonbury this year without said friend!

If it’s central cee I’ll be very glad I didn’t get a ticket. Don’t even mind his music just imagine how grim that crowd will be -
Last one I never mentioned from last year for me is Lucy Rose's album. It's dead lush and has a great jazzy neo-soul sound with some beautiful sounding piano. Got a very personal theme as well, about the range of emotions that come with childbirth. Beautiful album - best one she's ever done imo.
