It's all very well the likes of Obama saying that peace needs to first be achieved between Israel and Palestine, but there has to be the desire for peace on reasonable terms on both sides for that to work.

And while Israel wants the world to believe it's only ever the good guy in this conflict, the facts show the lie of that via their determination to claim as much of the west Bank as they can for themselves via new settlements.

It's hardly surprising that the Palestinians won't accept that, because that's not peace on reasonable terms.
