The world best athletes across skiing and snowboarding compete on the specially constructed 32 metre high jump complete with 500 tonnes of real snow. Nowhere in the UK will you see this level of riding! As the action on the slopes concludes the 4 live stages really come to life. Past artists include Cypress Hill, Mark Ronson, Pendulum, Friendly Fires and Chase And Status. 2011 will announce Freeze’s biggest acts to date. If this wasn’t enough check out the retail village where you can buy all your winter needs under one roof or enjoy food or drink at one of the many outlets. Relentless Energy Drink is the Apres Ski party you cannot miss.

So went for the Saturday, it was all in all a pretty good day out for London. Found 3 new bands I love!! (Summer Camp, Backbeat SoundSystem and More Diamonds) and saw 3 bands I already love (The Joy Formidable, Everything Everything and Does It Offend You yeah?) and confirmed I dislike the streets live :P

Toilet situation on the saturday was a bit of mess and would been solve with separate entrance and exit points along with the entrance for the urinals not being in the middle of the portaloos. Could done with selling out with few less people I think to as the tent for streets was just ridiculously packed all the way through.

But I enjoyed all the bands I saw apart from the streets, despite the crowd having far to many possers. The streets just had to many dicks and the type of squash I reserve only for bands I love :P but went to see Does it offend you yeah in the smaller tent and that was just brilliant. Loved the bars in the day plenty of dubstep ;), and of course brothers cider was great even if it wasn't festival strength :(

The snow boarding actually more entertaining than I thought it would be, really enjoyed that.

I'd go again next but maybe go with VIP tickets for hopefully a quieter bar and better toilets?
