A survey on "The Sustainability of Leeds Festival"

Hello, I am currently carrying out my dissertation on the sustainability of Leeds Festival, this includes: the initiatives they put in place for attendees, the role attendees play in the sustainability of the festival and who is responsible.

Please complete the survey as it would help me in researching this topic an enormous amount. The survey is in two parts, however in total there are only 14 questions in total, it should take no longer than a couple minutes of your time.
