Which bands have been associated with Live Nation and SJM, quite a few I gather.

It's time for them to stand up for the fans. They tell us we're the best, and that they love us at every award ceremony, so show it and fight back against this fraud. Maybe they didnt know, but they do now!

Bands need to ask questions of their promoters if they want our support, or stop pretending they care.

So what about them buying a load of tickets off ticketmaster to sell on. They are making a mint. In fact even from the brokers which is their biggest profit maker they are selling extra on top of what the brokers want!

Think that's the way it has to go ie via bands and their management boycotting anything to do with the named secondary scalpers. In parallel there needs to be legislation to cap and control the secondary market, wonder why two bills have been dropped already?

It's very very likely that festival republic are allocating directly to viagogo if tonight's evidence is anything to go by. Its dusgusting and hiding behind the mask of 'providing security' for fans is bulk shit. It is a money making exercise

Worst thing is that us on the Official forums have been saying it for years and they've lied to us continuously. Knowing we were right all along feels good, but knowing it's worse than we ever thought drives me up the wall. I thought that Viagogo paid the festival to be the reseller, but I never thought that they'd get a cut of the profits, let alone 90%! No wonder they've tried to hide it for the past three years.
