What bands you hoping to see out of interest?

Mainly indie/rock bands for me:

The Killers, Snow Patrol, Madness, Noah And The Whale, Frank Turner, The Enemy, Miles Kane, The Rifles

The Stone Roses, Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, Keane, The Proclaimers, The Ting Tings, Reverend And The Makers

There's others too but if I could see most of those I've listed I'd be delighted.

I reckon you should get to see the majority of them. Shouldn't be more than a clash or 2 a most

Mid June is a very long time away..

Surely there will be a couple of names added in May, like in last year with Progressor Green etc.

June will complete the line up bar the special guests?

I wouldn't count on the 'Special Guests' as that was a bit of a new thing for V last year... I’ve never seen that before over the years I’ve been going.

I would guess at a couple of new acts in May and the full line up in June similar as last year.

3 weeks and still no splits!! Shocking. So I'm guessing now next Friday at the very earliest

Don't hold your breath. We were waiting for stage splits for T in the Park until right up until the evening before they opened the camping field. It maybe a while yet.

Are T and V not run by the same company? Think they are. So whatever happened with T line up and day splits will be the same with V

T in the Park is oragnised by DF Concerts, and V is organised by Roseclaim Ltd

Here's a theory, for YEARS they've been trying to stop people flogging bootleg t shirts in the campsites eating into their own profits, maybe this is the organisers method to stamp this out? Either way, it's a shit deal for the punters.

Yes I'm sure it so the organisers can sell more programmes, lanyards, t-shirts etc. There is no other explanation for it.

Just got my event information through via email, and the map does show 4 stages for the site, however, comparing the map to 2010, it is the same. So we should be due the 4th stage. Wouldnt be surprised to see this announced the week before, with the splits!
