Whats this Tuborg like? never tried it before and wasnt at Rockness last year! seeing as Cider tastes like cat piss then lager is my main drink at festivals!

Tuborg is reasonable, it's not great but the beer at the main bars at festivals is never that great. It's definately drinkable, more so than Carling IMO.

Its got a sour/chemical like aftertaste, but pisses all over Tennents and Carling. I will be on the Red McGregor personally. Cannae go lager at fests

If my only option is one of the following: Tennents, Carling, Carlsberg, Tuborg, Fosters or Coors then I simply will not buy a beer and will drink cider/spirits/cocktails instead.

I would take Tennents over any other of your regular festival beers. People may look down their noses at it but it really is quite underrated.

Dont mind tennents aslong as its cold, better than Carling anyway... on the subject of drink, part of me hopes they dont have Jagermeister available at the bars again this year, went a bit crazy with that stuff last year

I'd say its not unknown for me to drink one of them from time to time, I know tenants and carling are off for me, but i don't keep up with all of them. Although I can't remember the last time I had one of them, it was probably kronenburg cos I was partial to that. Stella is fine apparently, as is skol. unfortuately it changes all the time.

I'd prefer Stella, however if that was the beer at the fest i'd probably be out cold by two in the afternoon. Mind you, that often happens anyway.

The problem there seems to be with RockNess this year (and last year if I remember correctly) is they managed to get some great high-profile headliners/subs but seemingly at the cost of the rest of the line-up.

Personally, I'd say so far this years line up is better than last years. Agreed that it'll take alot to top 09 though.

we only have a small part of the line up at the moment. it's a bit early to start complaining.

there's more to a festival than the main stage. we still have a lot to be announced.
