That is the states though. Black Keys headlined Coachella this year and Pulp/Arctic Monkeys and Kasabian played right down on the bill. I'm not saying they won't shoot up festival bills (or that they're not popular in the UK as they clearly are!), just that a you can't really judge a bands position on a festival bill in the UK based on their popularity in another country.

I doubt Noel sub Blur tbh. I know they'd supposedly put their differences aside, but I just can't see him doing it. Maybe he'd headline the NME against someone like The Prodigy/Pearl Jam etc. Bon Iver wouldn't play 3rd either...

They could certainly play 3rd but i just thought they would be way better in the tent, would maybe be a bit underwhelming for the main stage in daylight
