dirtydenzel
and yet you're wrong - she's outsold all of those acts with her latest shows compared to those acts latest shows.
Dukeeyyy
Biffy Clyro Queens of the Stone Age (co headliner of sorts) The Prodigy Pendulum Blur Bloc Party Judging from this years lineup The Horrors/Billy Talent may be 3rd from top after BBBC sudden jump Edited March 13, 2012 by Dukeeyyy
Lewis Cato
Edit: On second thoughts, The Prodigy will probably headline instead of Metallica; just as they're cheaper. Edited March 14, 2012 by Lewis Cato
eFestivals
More than The Bore, behave ! corrected for you. Without checking back, I think she might have yep. I'm not sure he did many shows.
VCK
Going by this year's line-up, I expect: Blur Mumford & Sons Noah And The Whale The Naked And Famous Metronomy Biffy Clyro 30 Seconds To Mars Enter Shikari Bring Me The Horizon We Are The Ocean The Killers Bloc Party Foster The People Crystal Castles SBTRKT Or something as equally unimaginative. eFestivals
How very dare you! The 'Bore's' new album is cracking. Not heard it, but heard it's getting rave reviews. Then again, so did the album with Outlaw Pete the rip-off of a Kiss classic on it, but that's the most dreadful and boring album I've heard in decades. Anyway got a feeling Florence will be a huge let down at L/R. I don't get her myself. Me neither. But I expect it'll be the same as always happens, that those who like her think it's great, while those whose hearing works () run away. Like it or not she had an absolutely massive crowd at Glasto a couple of years ago, and they were lapping it up. Mind you, when the people who were lapping it up thought 'The Chain' was the "theme tune from the Grand Prix" or worse, "this must be a new song of hers", then it doesn't take much to know the sorts of people who she was impressing. dip
I reckon If I travel to leeds on the Saturday, I might just be able to be far enough away to avoid her shrieking.

eFestivals
Granted that wasn't his best album, not awful though. Abit of a grower. This one however hits you straight away, you should have a dabble. if it's like all the other Bruce stuff I've heard, it'll only hit me with blandness straight away. There's few acts so highly over-rated in my eyes. And it's not like I've not given him a go - many times too. Role Model
After the last two years, I've really learnt to never expect too much from this festival ever again sadly.
gazza_20
Exactly. Would love to see a day like this next year: The Stone Roses The Prodigy Garbage Public Enemy Happy Mondays The Naked And Famous Viva Brother But I'm hoping for too much there. kaosmark2
You mean a sub academy band with nothing making them big enough to move up subbing to a arena selling band than will easily headline when they play next? if so, then yes i do, like it or not, it could easily happen. But i'll justify slightly and put QOTSA below Blur for you and Dizzee below Biffy for you.
YumYum
I think Biffy or Bloc Party will be making the step up, if QOTSA new album goes down well I think they'll headline download/sonisphere then Leeds in 2014. ATM id say it's between Biffy, BP, Blur, Metalica, Prodigy and The Killers
VCK
Can't see QOTSA doing anything that will push them up to headline status.

gazza_20
I though the same about the prodigy after they played everywhere in '09 but without even releasing anything new download have boosted them from 2nd stage headliner to mainstage
YumYum
It was probably a move to get them from R&L, plus they do have new material now.
