From what I've heard, their Reading performance was very good. Same for the Download one. Their UK tour was massive and was a huge success.

They are headlining Warped Tour, here in the UK next november..

BMTH would definitely be able to headline the second stage at Download after another album but not at Reading yet. Their popularity is surging and they were incredible on the main stage last year. I feel Reading are more likely to give them a high slot tho. I reckon they could be in a similar slot next year as YM@6 and Shikari are this year.
