Babyquack
Tbh I don't think it finishing early on the QOTSA day will have any effect on the Blink day. oh really? Will it not be finishing early on all days then you reckon? I would have thought it'd be an all or none kind of thing? dentalplan
Aye, they'll probably close down early on each Lock Up day. Rock day probably not. I don't imagine she'll clash at either site if she's part of the package for Queens' booking. Probably means Jimmy Eat World clashing with Queens at Leeds and Vampire Weekend/Warpaint clashing with Brody, but I wouldn't really mind missing those if the tour is as short lived as Spinnerette's. justanothername
I reckon the pit will end normally as it did last year and Arctics, Nero and Of Mice & Men seems like there is something for most people

I think some stages finished at different times on certain days last year based on who'd be clashing with who. I could be wrong, mind. Did she not tour Spinnerette much? Do you reckon R&L may be her last english dates for touring diploid love? I know basically nothing about how she's done things in the past so have no clue sorry I reckon the pit will end normally as it did last year and Arctics, Nero and Of Mice & Men seems like there is something for most people I like none of those three. I would probably see OM&M purely because I haven't seen them before. I hope there'll be more than those three on offer though. I think some stages finished at different times on certain days last year based on who'd be clashing with who. I could be wrong, mind. I remember there was at least 1 stage that finished early on 1 day but for the life of me I can't remember what stage and day it was. rawaudioinput
I think OM&M might be off by 11pm like Knife Party apparently were; I think it's to ease the crowding at the end of the night as people try and make their way out of the arena Edited May 5, 2014 by rawaudioinput

I think a few did. Tomahawk were on early as I saw Savages and British Sea Power after. I'm sure the dance tent and 1xtra finished early too that night. the wonderwhy
Probably means Jimmy Eat World clashing with Queens at Leeds and Vampire Weekend/Warpaint clashing with Brody That would mean the Lock Up finishing pretty damn early, though. Surely people would just wander over to the Main Stage then, thus causing even more crowding when the headliner finishes? It was a one album thing really, then this came five years later, so I would assume they're her last dates for at least a little while with her having already toured UK. Ah okay. Glad to be able to catch her at R&L then. Do you know if her live sets are just solo material or does she encompass some tracks from her previous bands? I think a few did. Tomahawk were on early as I saw Savages and British Sea Power after. I'm sure the dance tent and 1xtra finished early too that night. I can see why the dance and 1xtra stages finished early though because of Eminem. I don't remember any stages finished early on the other two nights though. Andre91
Gogol Bordello finishing before Blink would be cool, would mean I have something decent to see whilst Macklemore is on.
Gucci Piggy
That's still ridiculously early Yeah but it could still easily happen.

dentalplan
That's still ridiculously early If Leeds last year had Lock Up headliners play from 7:40-8:30 and 8:25-9:30, I think it's pretty plausible if Queens go onstage at 7:45ish. God that's depressing for a 'headliner' to start then.
the wonderwhy
Oh yeah I'm not saying it won't happen, I'm just saying it's fucking annoying that they do that.

Gonna be at Arctics as I haven't seen them and to be honest they're not an act I'd pay to see at their own show (headlining a festival is similar I suppose ) Well there is always the Alternative stage

I'd rather check out a new act than do that.

Bisque
There will always be a band you want to see on. I'm sorry but this statement is utterly untrue & not just for this year.
