True. Can't tar the whole festival crowd with the same brush though. Remember that guy that said he was gonna twerk in the Palma Violets mosh pit? Imagine if all Reading goers were stereotyped as such.

Yeah, it would be bad if people assumed all Reading attendees were post-exam teenage festival tourists who spent the day fucked up on ket and the night robbing and burning tents. Thankfully doesn't happen though.

Yeah, Glastonbury's fantastic, but you do get them tools who stick to the one stage all weekend. Tent robberies happen just like every festival, and like every festival, it is just the minority. There were also a fair few dickheads about when Arctic Monkeys were playing last year too, the sort that were too up themselves to talk to someone on their own, but again, it is the minority.

I've only been to the two festivals (that and Leeds) and I've found most people to be very friendly, probably more so than they would be if you saw them in the street

I bet all the people who got Glastonbury tickets this year are people who don't "get" the real ethos and vibe of glastonbury and just stay at the pyramid and other stage all weekend. Ugh, they should do a separate sale for fans of *real* music.

If you're starting a band, get Daft Punk's advertisement team and Jake Bugg's bookers on board, and you'll be headlining Glastonbury next year

Only thing is, with daft punk's marketing team wouldn't work with Bugg because no one would care

does anyone actually care?
