I've been going Reading for about 8 years and every year my friends only stagger into the arena around 4-5pm. I just tell them where I'm going and strike out on my own. Got some bad clashes atm i.e. La Dispute vs. Blood Red Shoes, We Are Scientists vs. Chvrches, Klaxons vs. Mongol Horde, DZ Deathrays vs. Gnarwolves etc. but pretty stoked atm. That is the worst excuse not to see any band ever, some of them were going on about System for ages even saying they should be headlining not Biffy. One of my mates said he wanted to go but no one went with him so he stayed.....great pals I have I don't... Most of my mates did this, why does it make them bad? They've paid £200 for a ticket, they can do what they want while they're there. If they'd rather sit with their mates than see a band they've never heard of/don't like then why shouldn't they?
