I was just doing proper members but I don't think any were touring members either. I think they only shared North actually.

At the moment we know for sure that Pendulum on the dance stage are finishing before Nero on the NME, and with the amount of acts they've announced it fits so I've put it in.

There are others that will probably finish early such as JEW against QOTSA (because of Brody Dalle) and Bands of Skulls against Arctics (because they said so). However, especially with the later it's hard to figure out how that's going to work- Band of Skulls day on the FR seems quite full for a 20:00 finish.

For everything else I've just assumed they'll be finishing normal time

i still highly doubt flume and disclosure will clash ala sub focus and skrillex last year.

Blink dropping out could be the worst thing. They might find a replacement but at short notice they would be hard pressed to find one or they could give Macklemore the bump to headline which is possibly the worst thing imaginable

Anyway, Blink pulling out and Paramore moving across would make it so much better. No shit repeat, no shit co-headliners so Paramore and QOTSA both get their proper headline slot, QOTSA would be on last at Leeds so there'd be a decent headliner to see, and Blink have already sold the tickets! Obviously it'd be shit for Blink fans though.

I don't know if it is the change in personal on here that has changed or the fact that it is too soon and no reunion hype. But blink had a really good reception on here when they were announced in 2010. And then after loads put them as one of their highlights in their review. Granted loads also said they were sh*t in their review.

I just think it's because of the year. In 2010 it seems loads of people who listened to Blink in their childhood went to R&L, whereas now, most people who go to R&L are too young to have been into Blink first time around, and are less into guitar music in general. Then again, that last point doesn't really apply to here.

I'm a fan of Blink and part of my ticket purchase was sold on them being there, however the longer I keep hearing them talk shit about each other and how they haven't been together in a while has me worried, look back at some of there older performances there absolutely utter shite. I remember seeing there Reading 2010 performance on TV and they sounded off but I saw them later-on in person during 2011 after they'd done a good number of dates and they were surprisingly good, but I get the feeling there a band that without a good run of performances they'll sound terrible.

How did T in the Park deal with it besides booking someone else?

Surely unless one of them has serious health problems they could realistically only pull out up-to a certain date? That must be written in the contract somewhere right? A date allowing enough time for R&L promoters to try salvage something together other than bump Macklemore/Paramore.

What is stopping them just not showing up though? Obviously they'd have to forfeit their payment but I don't think there's anything that could legally stop them. If Blink aren't ready to perform, like they weren't for T or for their UK tour, they may well pull out and whilst it'd annoy FR, they'd just have to get on with it and see what they could do.

Paramore moving across would make the lineup better than it is now.

I accepted them as headliners in 2010 because of reunion hype. I don't accept them as headliners 4 years later.

They'd also have to pay to be released from their contract but as you say, there's nothing legal other than finances to stop them pulling out.
